If you are interested in learning how to give a massage to your loved one, Helen can guide you through the process. This is perfect for Valentine’s Day, wedding anniversaries and other special events. In 2003 she wrote ’The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Sensual Massage” Alpha Books. She shows couples how to prepare for a massage experience, describes and demonstrates various strokes , discusses massage's healing benefits and suggests how to use oils, lotions and fabrics to increase mutual pleasure. Helen believes that couples can achieve a higher state of emotional intimacy with the power of healing touch.
